Karlus returns strongly this spring with ‘SOL SOLET’, a new EP presented as a vibrant and hybrid sonic proposal. The project is built on a contemporary electronic foundation that interacts with Latin rhythms such as bachata, funk and cumbia, creating a dynamic musical universe where digital production, synthesizers and fully danceable organic patterns coexist.
The title ‘SOL SOLET’ evokes imagery linked to playfulness and childhood, but above all it defines the creative attitude that guided the project: intuition, repetition and spontaneity. Karlus embraces a direct and free compositional process where gesture and sensation take centre stage over rigid structures. The result is four tracks exploring different atmospheres and registers while maintaining a coherent identity shaped by groove, repetition and the creation of evocative sonic imagery.

After releasing ‘Cau menuda’, featuring na Sara, and his latest album ‘NOVA EBUSUS’ (Delirics, 2025), Karlus now presents this new EP, which belongs to the same sonic universe inspired both by the Ibizan landscape and international references.
Karlus is consolidating his place as one of the most distinctive emerging voices in the Catalan music scene — a project that connects tradition and experimentation through a poetic, contemporary and deeply human perspective.
