Originally from Mataró, Giadda & sankki are the new wave of Catalan urban pop. After standing out on their respective musical paths, they have joined forces to create a fresh and powerful project.
Giadda, with influences ranging from Juicy BAE to Ralphie Choo and a passion for dancehall, brings catchy melodies and a personal style that combines rhythm and attitude. Sankki, with experience as a beatmaker and participant in rap battles since 2018, has explored different styles such as trap, pop, and reggaeton, adding a solid foundation and sonic versatility to the collaboration.
Winners of the fifth edition of the KLK Contest, they have shared the stage with names like Villano Antillano, Ouineta, and Figa Flawas, and have performed at the Embassa’t Festival in Sabadell. Their music blends irresistible pop melodies with the urban energy that defines them, establishing them as one of the freshest and most promising acts on the Catalan scene.
