VITTARA presents ‘Iguals’, a reflection on love and shared time

VITTARA continues to unfold the universe of their second studio album with the release of ‘Iguals’, the second preview of a record set to be released in spring 2026. The song delves into the desire to coincide in time with the people we love and the difficulty of finding shared spaces where we can truly connect through love. It is an intimate reflection on the need to reconnect with the innocence and enthusiasm of a time when life felt simpler.

Co-produced by Joan Cabré and Pol Guardiola, and accompanied by a powerful visual universe created by Èric Zwatrzko, with a music video directed by Pol Fuentes, the members of VITTARA seek to weave a path between the real world and an imaginary universe that will serve as the backbone of the entire album. ‘Iguals’ follows the album’s first single, ‘el meu lloc preferit’, a track featuring Socunbohemio that revealed the project’s most tender and carefree side.

VITTARA is the synergy of Uri (guitars and vocals), Tuliv (bass), and Pol (guitars and keyboards): three friends from Barcelona who represent a new generation of Catalan artists, drawing influences from Radiohead to El Mató a un Policía Motorizado, while shaping an increasingly defined and personal identity.

The band first gained attention in early 2022 with the joint EP ‘dosmilset’ alongside Julieta. Since then, VITTARA has continued to grow steadily within the Catalan indie-pop scene.

Now, with ‘Iguals’, the band embraces a fresh, bright, and energetic sound that acts as a gateway to their new sonic landscape. The new album already has a release show confirmed: April 30 at Razzmatazz 3, a concert that will mark a new turning point in VITTARA’s trajectory, consolidating them as one of the most promising and distinctive acts in today’s music scene.
