Sexenni release new single "Todas mis ex se llaman María", a side B of the album Supernova.

GRÀCIES AL SACRIFICI - xicu feat. souto

Sexenni is a pop band that was born in Lleida in 2019 in the basement of a high school, where three friends decided to record a demo. Currently, it is one of the latest surprises with the most growth on the Catalan music scene, since, in record time, they have become one of the fashionable and most promising groups in the country!

After taking their first steps as a group a little over two years ago and quickly becoming one of the bands of the moment, Sexenni has not stopped generating hits like 'De Lao', 'Per la borda', 'Supernova' or 'Grup de Pop', a song where the revelation group from Catalonia and the fashionable duo, The Tyets, are rocking it very hard! But if anyone thought that with that everything was done, it's because they don't know Sexenni. The Beatles from Lleida have made this summer's hit! 'La Faràndula' arrived with the heat: an ode to the party, good weather and partying, where one of the most sought-after DJs in the country has also joined in to make the REMIX: DJ Trapella!

Now, Sexenni returns to the routine and does so by celebrating the anniversary of his last album 'SUPERNOVA', with a Bonus Track that never came out: 'All my exes are called María'. They wrote this song just a year ago, while the group was on tour. It was the fault of time that this song did not make it into this album, although it belongs to their sound universe. Being one of the band's favorite songs, they have played it in each of the concerts they have done on this tour, and as a result of requests from the public, they have decided to publish the studio version.

'All my exes are called María' is the curious story of how a boy can't stop meeting girls who have the same name in his love life. Who will be the Mary that the protagonist tells us about? Is it the same person? Are there many different Marys? The lyrics are playful and mix customs and irony with an informal tone, already common in the group.

September arrives and with it, Sexenni and the pop-rock that is so reminiscent of the 2000s, combined with the most modern synthpop, in her new single 'All my exs are called María'!
