Neisha makes a powerful comeback with ‘Jesús Gil’, the latest preview from her highly anticipated project ‘Presidenta de Cuntalunya’, in collaboration with Barcelona artist MLAGRASA. Built on a trap beat produced by L-street — inspired by the sound of Pi’erre Bourne (Kansas, South Carolina, New York) — the track explores the idea that not everything in life can be bought with money — neither beauty nor style — delivering the message with the cheeky, bold attitude of classic trash talk.
With her trademark provocative and playful tone, Neisha flaunts charisma and authenticity, while MLAGRASA unleashes her wit and flow in verses that confirm why she’s one of the most distinctive voices in Barcelona’s urban scene. The visualizer and promotional images draw inspiration from the iconic 1990s TV moments featuring Jesús Gil and the Mama Chicho dancers in a jacuzzi — a direct nod to one of the song’s bars and the source of its title.

‘Jesús Gil’ joins previously released singles from the upcoming album, such as ‘De missió’, ‘Delulu’, ‘3Bé’, and ‘Les Prada’, all of which have helped shape the sonic map of this new project.
With ‘Presidenta de Cuntalunya’, Neisha continues to push the boundaries of her artistic universe — a project divided into two sides that explore the duality between her more rap-driven, visible persona and her more experimental side, rooted in club sounds and the nightlife scene. Though it emerges as a new body of work, ‘Presidenta de Cuntalunya’ also serves as a farewell letter: with its closing track, ‘Decebre un àngel’ (“To disappoint an angel”), the artist announces an indefinite break and her “resignation” as president of the Catalan urban scene.
