Poggioli releases ‘MIQUEL ÀNGEL’, an independent single that serves as the closing point of a creative phase and, at the same time, as an exercise in emotional nakedness before opening a new chapter. The song condenses many of the obsessions that have defined his universe so far: unfiltered honesty, introspection, and a deeply personal way of understanding music as both a vital and visual narrative.
Poggioli is the musical project of Baix Montseny creator Miki Lloret, a voice that has turned nostalgia, raw sincerity, and a careful attention to aesthetic detail into the pillars of his artistic imagination. His sound breathes stylistic freedom, moving between pop, rap, and indie—genres he blends to build a language of his own, difficult to categorize.

‘MIQUEL ÀNGEL’, titled with the artist’s real name, is an emotional exploration constructed through different characters from his life. Through them, Poggioli reflects on anxiety, insecurities, nostalgia, as well as personal ambitions and failures, revealing his most vulnerable side. The track unfolds over an instrumental that fuses jazz and hip-hop, with verses separated by saxophone solos that act as breathing pauses within the story, giving space to each memory and each wound.
The song takes on a new dimension through its accompanying music video, a piece that visually represents the inner worlds of the characters that appear in the track. Through symbolic imagery, the visuals amplify their mental states and lived experiences.
With ‘MIQUEL ÀNGEL’, Poggioli draws a line under one era and hints at the path ahead: a new album titled ‘COM HO FÈIEM ABANS’, his first release with the Delirics label, produced entirely by Galgo Lento. A project with a renewed, fresher, and more ambitious sound that we will discover over the coming months. A body of work that preserves the essence that defines him, while also opening new creative and narrative avenues.
Stay tuned: Poggioli is taking a step forward.
