Who? DAVY LYONS
Davy Lyons is a young singer-songwriter from Wexford, Ireland. Three years ago he decided to change his life, to abandon his work as a lawyer, his people and to dedicate himself to music and to undertake an interior journey that has taken him to different cities and countries until arriving in Barcelona, where he has been established for while. He wants to capture all his experiences and reflections of these last years. Intimate, intense, full of images, stories and reflections. Its roots and traditions are very present. The memories of those family reunions that he attended when he was a child and that always ended with folk songs mark the music style with a natural, elegant sound and with his voice as a central part.

Who? ESTRAMONI
Estramoni is a mixed quintet from Barcelona but his project was born in Paris during a year when Marc and Joan lived there. One night returning from a party Marc had a notebook and Joan bought a guitar at a second-hand market (lacked a string). There were poems inside the notebook and a chord wheel on the guitar. They put it together and created the first song: “Broto de nou.” Since then the project has been growing, almost at the same time Judit (keyboards), Anna (bass) and Ignasi (drums) joined. The lyric references of Catalan pop can be seen (Mishima, Antònia Font, El petit de Cal Eril, Manel, Mazoni) but also drink other music (Wilco, Los planetas, ’80 music,…).
